Whole30-I did it!!

I ended up completing a Whole100 and lost 39 pounds! I am currently in the reintroduction phase & luckily still losing weight even now that I’ve added dairy, lugumes & gluten free grains back into my diet. (Currently 252.4 lbs) I plan on continuing this journey with no added sugar for as long as I can stand it with my goal being a year, but boy was that Easter candy tempting!!! Once I finish reintroduction & make sure my body can tolerate gluten, I plan to try the Trim Healthy Mama diet that greatly aligns with whole30 foods while adding in the element of fuel cycling. I plan to try THM for 3 months & see if I am still getting results. THM provides more food freedom than whole30, so I know it is a plan I could stick to for life & that is what I need! Here’s hoping THM still helps me lose the extra pounds to continue on my journey of finding a healthy lifestyle & being a good role model for my family!
