Getting Back On The Journey

So, I am trying to get back to being healthy. Overall I have a clean bill of health, but my weight is a red mark on my chart. I have always struggled with my weight from childhood until now.

I am now 20lbs away from hitting 200 and that freaks me out. It is sad because now we all have all the time in the world do to things, however, we are not allowed.

What I am trying to do now, is drink four bottles of water a day, I have been taking our dog on very long walks around our property and I am making sure I get up and get my 250 steps in an hour.

Yesterday I hit all nine hours of getting 250, I also was able to get 10K steps in and I almost hit the calorie and miles goals yesterday.

I am trying to make better choices in what I eat. Yesterday and today I had natural turkey sausage with strawberries. It held me over to lunch just fin yesterday so I am hoping the same will be today as well.

That is all the thoughts I have for today.
