About Planning Meals

This week Black Panther Spring Challenge regarding nutrition is about planning our meals.
This is an easy task for me because living alone, I don’t necessary cook regularly anymore. I always have a good provision of frozen meals that satisfy my palate and my desire for variety. Since I discovered a few good companies that make exceptionally tasty and healthy meals, my life is easier since I just have to add a few vegetables or a few scoops of a well-seasoned Uncle Ben’s rice, this makes me and my tommy very happy.
However, sometimes I like to eat an omelet. My favorite one is with tomato and goat cheese, huge amount of onions and seasoned with a tiny bit of herbed pesto. It was part of my planning this week, and one of my tasks is to put a picture of it.
When I look at the picture, it really doesn’t give the right degree of the taste because it was really yummy.
