Today is my restart day. I’m at 260! 260!!! 275 was my highest point........I lost to 220; I allowed myself to get here again. I could say the passing of my husband and many other things caused this but the truth is I eat. No excuses! I eat!! I’ve been busy today cleaning and washing clothes. I’m planning on a walk later. Please pray for me that I can stay in track this time. Thank you.

    I'm right there with you. Five years ago, I used SP and Beachbody to go from 198lbs (post-preggo weight) to 155lbs. I looked and felt amazing! After running my first and last 10k, in 2016 I stopped tracking and working out consistently. The weight slowly crept back on. Now here I am, back at 198lbs and out of shape.

    We did it once. We can do it again! emoticon

    The first time I used SP I started out at 188 and got down to 155. Then I stopped logging in every day and when I looked up from my plate I was 215. More than I weighed the day before I had my son. It has taken me a long time, but it is coming back off.

    You can do this! We all have times where life circumstances get in the way of our well being and we fall off track. I've been off track since December. This morning I committed to myself to start over. I worked out and have been eating good today.
