Why is it so easy to make the wrong choice...even as you know it's wrong.
My priority these past few weeks has not been making the healthiest choices. Thank goodness for the next round of BLC and the support of a great team to kick start my return to healthy lifestyle.
It's not about perfection, but participation (thank goodness, who needs that additional pressure)!
