I did real well for me with steps today. I have set a daily goal for myself of 6000 and right now I’m just a few shy. I will reach this before bedtime. Monday and Friday will be the days I struggle with this because these are the days I work and I mostly sit. Food was so so but that’s ok. I lost 4.2 lb this week. Onward and upward to tomorrow.
