My numbers are better. As of May 1 I am back going KETO strong. The numbers on the 30th pushed my average up but next week there will be a much better showing in my macros. I am very determined. My first trip down KETO lane last for 1 year and 7 months. I stopped because my doctor asked me to add some carbs back into my food plan... veggies, especially sweet potatoes. I was never so happy to see May 1st come along. I truly prefer KETO. I am not as hungry. I can keep from emotional eating. I can stay the course. I will NOT be going off my plan again.
