I don't think I met my exercise commitment for the week

I haven't actually gone back and added it all up, but there were a few days that I only got in 10-12 minutes, and I'm not sure I did enough extra the rest of the week to make up for it.
If it didn't, this will be the first week since the 5% Spring Challenge started that I didn't do it. I hate the thought of letting the team down, but even more, I hate the thought of not getting in my exercise because I know how important it is to my health. I didn't even commit to all that much - 30 minutes a day - and if I couldn't get that much in then my priorities are definitely not straight.
I was busy, and it was hot (90s), but that's no excuse!
For the coming week, I need to get in a few minutes at lunch and again after work, to make sure I meet my commitment even if I have another busy week.
