Realized why I am not loosing.

This week was busy and I ate more than I should have. The whole week wasn’t a failure though. I did realize that when I start to loose weight ! I start to self sabotage myself. I thought maybe I was confused on my why., but it turns out that I’m afraid of loosing the weight and regaining it back.
It seemed once I realized it, it felt right. It didn’t feel wrong. I’m hoping this week is better.
