A healthy attitude for all

We would be more successful if we each engage in the following steps with a positive attitude..

1. Exercise at least three times weekly and eat only healthy foods daily.
2. Rarely drink more than 4 cans of beer a week and limit coffee to no more than one cup a day.
3. Look for ways to encourage our friends and fellow Spark members.
4. Give of your wealth, and especially give of your heart.
5. Always look to improve society by taking an interest in politics and by voting based on your understanding.
6. Note how people you admire have gained respect and try to more closely emulate their best characteristics if you can.
7. Use imagination as the key to opening up and creating new possibilities for personal success that you otherwise would not have dreamed of.
8. Set goals based on Steps 6 and 7 and work consistently with confidence in achieving them.
