Negative Thoughts

Giving weight to negative thoughts can lead to a negative result, try to switch the thought into a positive thought such as "I can handle this" or "This won't last", etc. Often the threat created by the negative thought in fact has no merit and the result will in fact be positive. Such positive results can even be created simply by switching the negative thoughts to a more positive thought.
If anything negative happens, you can lessen the effect by turning the event into a character-building moment or by looking for the hidden blessings.
In general, your circumstances are created by the nature of the thoughts that you give weight to, so get clear on your goals and give more weight to thoughts that will support your goals. Lastly, upon preparing for sleep or upon waking up think of your three most compelling blessings at that moment and write them in your journal.
