My average daily calories and carbs were both down. Still need to get lower but doing much better & trying to be keto strong. My average daily calories burned was a little bit lower but doing pretty well. My protein was up by 5 grams. My MACROS were better but not where I want them to be yet. I do feel much better now that I am eating keto again and much more focused.

Honestly.... this is a +0.2 gain since Jan 1st 2020. Nothing to be proud of. However, with all the stress & being stuck in and out of the pool...... I am very grateful to only have that tiny gain. I need to get my poop in a group and move in the right direction.
