This week I'm trying to get back into some kind of workout routine schedule. The first week or two of staying put I managed to continue exercising. That fell by the wayside with cold weather, lukewarm attitude and overall grumpiness. Now that there is a bit of spring in the air and perhaps in my step I'm going to try exercising again.
I'm simply not interested in using my home-style weights and equipment. I have plenty of colored latex bands for different resistance. One that has a ball in it to use as a catch for using a door/ door frame to hold the bands in the air like cable-cross equipment. A balance ball. Free weights.
They all sit in a thin layer of pollen since I've kept the windows open!
Time to get moving!
