The first 25 pounds DONE

This week I finally reached the first 25 pound loss. I reset the ticker for the next 25 pound loss.
Meanwhile all the clothes that are to large for me, I give away. I don't want to go there again.
I plan to lose 5.5 pounds a month for the next 5 month. I believe this to be reasonable, doable and can make a plan every week as what I'm willing to do to accomplish this. day by day. I will not give up until I reach my ultimate goal. Slowly and surely I will do this!
