So i couldn't sleep, had a bit of a mental breakdown and got up at 3 am, ate 4 pizza pops, a handful of Lindor chocolates and drank a very sugary high calorie drink. I am disappointed but i made sure i tracked every calorie i ate. So i have a visual representation of what harm i am doing to my body by late night snacking, as well as binge eating. Yes i am disappointed, a little discouraged BUT!!!!!!!!! I am NOT i repeat NOT giving up. I will take this moment and realize that i deserve to do the right thing for my body. Next time i wake in middle of night i will make myself a soothing herbal tea and read some sort of uplifting book.
