I have completed both Phase One and Phase Two if my exploratory of the 1013 nintage Professor Attila workout using light dumbells and high repetitions. In phase One (60 workouts, 6 per week) I used 3 pound bumbells and did the first 18 of the exercises. In Phase Two I moved up to 3 pound dumbbells for 60 workouts (same pattern of 6 per week)and did 21 of the exercises.skipping Exercise 21 and going to Ecercise 22.
I am now beginning Phase Three using 5 pound dumbbells doing the same 21 exwecises. As I progress I will add pushups on the horisontal pushup wooden bar built and substitute duration planks for the sit ups. I may add shoulder dips on my home built pararlletes for additional triceps work.
