There is so much I want to accomplish, but after cancer, PATIENCE! I get emotional thinking of my "old" body and the scars it never had. I remember my old medical issues that forced me to learn habits that made me twinge and turn away, but after knowing that my life depended on these habits, they were learned with more tears in my eyes. I NEVER thought I would NOT be able exercise, I just wondered at what level.

I started a little over a month ago with Spring Boot camp, and it's only suppose to be 4 weeks, but for me, it's going on 6 weeks. A special someone reached out to me to join her to help her stay motivated, but she was my angel who became my motivator. She finished her 4 weeks, I continued. I really wanted to finish with her, but I had to listen to my body. My body was not able to take the extra bonus rounds and the cardio and the daily videos. I tried, but I was benched a few days, and doing more videos, not possible. I had to wait. So, the 2nd time around came, and I was not ready. I evaluated what I did,and my workouts increased to 3 x a week, but not daily.

So, after seeing my improvement, I gladly continued with week 4 AGAIN! I really want to rebuild and my body has to know that if I BELIEVE in like God does, than it CAN DO IT! Sure, I only want to do 10mns but what's wrong for going for 10 more mins. it's only 10mns more, right? So, I did. I started my kettle bell video, 10mns past and I paused it & returned for the next 10mns. My body wants to get away with it, but I BELIEVE in it, and It is going along for the FUN ride. So we will.....:)

Stick with it and you will get there.
My friend had bowel surgery in November
    12 weeks chemo from January
We came back to mine just before lockdown
She hadn’t the energy to walk to the garden gate mid March but we persevered.
We now take the ca4 to the local golf course and walk from the first tee straight to the furthest point 1 mile turn round and walk it back. It’s been a struggle but the joy of getting to that point is amazing
