During the stressful quarantine part of the Pandemic, I really had a rough time emotionally.
I began to meditate.
I learned two things. Prayer was for talking and Meditation was for listening. I decided to begin practicing both. Prayer each morning. Meditation each afternoon.
At first, I didn't see any change. Slowly though, I noticed that I was less anxious and more equipped to handle stress.
Now, I can't imagine how I got along without this daily practice.
