Reducing Junk Food

letsbelessthen asked me how I was doing reducing my junk food -- I ate the last of what was in the house (controlled) and now I am attempting to not buy it so it will not be in the house. My hubby and I have used this strategy in the past, if we wanted to eat it we had to go out and buy it and eat it while not at home.
We are both focusing on losing weight so hopefully we can support one another in our journey. We are follow plans on the opposite end of the spectrum - but we have the same goal in mind and that is eating less junk food.
I added grapes for dessert yesterday and that had a strange effect on my cravings -- I had none
