Are you ready to take your push-ups to the next level?

Advanced Pushups on the Ball


Starting Position
Start behind the ball, place midsection on the ball and roll forward until hands reach the floor.
Walk out with hands until the ball is underneath knees.
Have hands just outside of shoulder width.
Keep core strong by not dropping hips.
Body should be as straight as possible.

Lower upper body, bending elbows to 90 degree at the elbow.
Straighten arms and return to the starting position.

Special Instructions
Make it harder: The ball is closer to feet.
Make it easier: The ball is closer to hips.

Muscles Worked: Outer Chest, Triceps
