2020 Summer 5% Challenge starts soon!

Working towards losing 5% of your current body weight is a great way to set smaller, manageable goals. I learned this years ago by taking part in a couple of SP 5% Challenges. It was fun working towards goals with my team, and competing against other teams! So, I'm doing it again.

If you're interested, there's still time to sign up--consider this your invitation! Team members will work towards losing 5% of their starting weight in 8 weeks by participating in team challenges that focus on exercise & healthy lifestyle habits. Members in maintenance are also welcome. Let’s have fun, make new friends and get in shape! Start date to be announced.

    I love this challenge! I took off the past three, but I’m back as a Rowdy Rebel and motivated to lose six solid pounds.
