Taking it slow

This past week was busy but I had a decent week. I decided not to go over in my diet and this week was good.

I was careful in what I ate, but I also watched when I ate. I didn’t want to eat too early or too late. It seemed to work for me.

By gaining some control, I feel better about myself.
