Another good day. I’ve met my step, food and water goals. I’m so happy with myself that I’ve stuck with it. I’m not loosing fast but that’s fine. 11 lbs so far so I don’t guess that’s too bad. From 259 to 248. I weigh again Friday night or Saturday morning. I leave for St George Island in Florida a week from Saturday. Onward and upward to tomorrow!!!!
