Day 4 of being back on track, Day 93 of lockdown

I successfully the "reset" button again on Monday. I am trying to be more mindful & watch what I eat via WW Blue plan.
Before I met a friend for breakfast at First Watch yesterday, I spent Tuesday night planning what I was gonna have there (power wrap 11 pt). I also weighed myself yesterday morning to give myself some extra motivation to stick to my plan. (2 lbs lost since Monday!) She was curious as to why I skipped our favorite - million dollar bacon (26 pts out of my allotted 48.). She understood, which was cool.
Everything was going well, till "life" got in the way. One dipped strawberry cake cupfection (33 pts) & glass of wine later...I knew I blew it. At least I didn't blow my weekly points!
Today is a new day. Back on track, once again. It's my day off, so I made a fruit salad out of some fruits I picked up from Trader Joe's, & I plan to make chicken & salsa for dinner tonight. Plus, tracking everything!
Having my brother move back home recently helped me realize I NEED to get back to WW 💙 He is doing keto. I can't give up that many of my favorite foods. But, I saw how the two plans can kinda overlap. Plus, I started walking on the weekends, as well. I know I need to amp it up, but baby steps. It won't work if I don't change my eating habits as well.
I had a bowl of fruit with my breakfast after I walked this past weekend, & realized how much I missed it. I missed bananas especially.
Zero point fresh fruit vs that sinful sundae...I definitely want the fruit.
