I admit that I am really frustrated because I had a 4 pound gain. I have had awesome fitness minutes and been weighing and measuring everything. My average carbs are 40 and that is way too high and my protein is actually higher this week. I will do better this week. I will take a look at my sodium levels as well.
I will also admit that my stress level is HIGH HIGH HIGH. I had an appointment with my psychiatrist yesterday and another one with my therapist this morning. My best friend is having some sort of a nervous breakdown & that has me stressed. My eldest son is having surgery on Monday. My other son is coming up on Monday to be here for his brother and to see my eldest granddaughter (his daughter) who is expecting a baby in August and making me a great-grandmama before my time. There are ongoing mask & covid issues at work. Our town is a HOT SPOT right now. I can't teach my swim students until at least August... even though I am back in the pool. We are having to police keeping people in the class 10 feet apart. Social unrest. Violence. So much more. STRESS IS RULING MY LIFE RIGHT NOW. I need to let it go but can't seem to do it.
