Yesterday was pretty much a take-it-easy day because I needed some recovery time from the activity of the past few days. I re-organized my pantry and realized that I had just a ton of canned fruit and boxes of fruit cups and a ton of canned veggies and a big bag of potatoes and a big bag of sweet potatoes and overall there was way too much food to fit in my pantry. I had a couple grocery bags of food that I had to put under the side table that sits next to my pantry and that just wasn't working. The old cupboards I used to use were just filled with old expired food that no one uses anymore (for obvious reasons) and no one was using those cupboards, so I took those cupboards back over and I gave Fritzy his own cupboard, and I got two of my own cupboards. So that worked out really well!! I was really happy with it. And I also found some recipes for some side dishes (green bean casserole and cilantro and baby corn salad) that I want to use in the coming weeks.
Nutrition: I did extremely well with food yesterday. I ate within my calorie range for the first time in a long time. I did well on most of my macros, too.

Fitness: Fitness was pretty good for it being a lazy day. I got around 4,000 steps and did some yoga. The yoga was really great! I did a yoga video I hadn't done before and was able to do some stretches that I never would've been able to do a few months ago. So I was pretty proud of that.

Water: I did pretty poorly on water yesterday. Only drank 1 glass. But I did drink my protein drink at least. I'm going to have to focus a lot more on water.
Cigars: I put $2 in the jar and I'm moving forward with my quit plan.
Meditation: Didn't feel like meditating yesterday for some reason but I'm sure I will today.
Sleep: Slept very little yesterday so have to catch up on sleep.
Motivation: My motivation right now is cooking healthy meals that help me stay on the right track. I've got so many fruits and veggies around the house now that I have no excuses not to eat healthy.
Non-Scale Victory: My NSV is that I have so much more energy. I'm getting a lot more steps and moving around doing a lot more things so that makes everything a lot easier!
