I have not had much adventure in life so I am gradually adding some to my life regardless of our quarantine. Thanks to Sparks I have been encouraged to increase my exercise and I know variety is key for me. So, I have dug to the back of my garage and started using Hula hoops to tone. I toned 30 mns. using them.I bought lighter hoops for my arms and eventually for my legs. Now, I registered for online classes to learn more and to eventually learn to teach classes. I normally would talk my way out, but I don't care if I don't have a plan, training for something is my Adventure and toning is the prize!
