-Track Nutrition daily on Spark
-Stay in Nutriton Range
-Clean eating and no fast food or eating out
-Meal Prep weekly
-Exercise daily 30 mins or more
-Close all 3 of my circles on Aple Watch ( Move, exericse and Stand goal)
- Water 1st and Veggies most
-Journal and Read Daily
- Numbers on the scale decrease
I started this journey March 2nd/116 days ago and I am down 43 pounds. I feel amazing in control of my own mind.
