X - eXercise - Day 24 of my 26 day challenge

Today I start Day 25 of my 26 day challenge and it has opened my eyes to what I can do (if I try) and what I can "not" do if I am not mindful. The more I read and learn and experience -- the more I come to realize that mindfulness is key. It is key to SO much in life -- appreciating, savoring, fulfillment and achieving goals.
Exercise of any sort has never been my strong point. I hate it. I don't know why---I just do. So I have to find ways of tricking myself into exercise like walking and swimming. Walking was SO important for me the last time I lost weight so I need to focus on it again. I have a GREAT pair of Asics and I only live 3 miles from my office so I can spend 45 minutes to an hour walking that route every day if I set my mind to it!
My three personal goal count for Day 24 is:-
(1) no alcohol (13 out of 24 days no alcohol) - 54% success rate
(2) exercise (7 out of 24 days exercising) - 29% success rate
(3) meditation (11 out of 24 days meditating) - 45% success rate
I am REALLY looking forward to another 26 day challenge so i can see if I can improve on these numbers and create better, healthier habits!
