Y - Yes to change - Day 25 of my 26 day challenge

Today I start Day 25 of my 26 day challenge. My plan is to make sure that I achieve ALL three of my personal challenges today. I am feeling good about the possibility because I have been reading about how important it is to be DELIBERATE in what we say and do. as we get older it gets easier to just glide through life on habits. It is time to think about how to approach each choice with deliberate and mindful thought.

My three personal goal count for Day 24 is:-

(1) no alcohol (14 out of 24 days no alcohol) - 56% success rate

(2) exercise (8 out of 24 days exercising) - 32% success rate

(3) meditation (12 out of 24 days meditating) - 48% success rate

This year was already set to be a year of changes for me. But - because of the Covid 19 thing the changes that were supposed to happen - didn't happen; and a lot of other things that I did not think would change - did! I was prepared to change my job (but becasue of covid - I was asked to stay behind. I was prepared to have my husband still in the work force (but because of covid he is now unemployed). And I expected my daughter to graduate (which happened but without the ceremony). And----so many other things. So I am just going to sit back and accept that these changes are happening - I will say YES to them and welcome these unexpected changes into my life and wait for more new surprises.
