I haven't weighed for a while and tbh the scale really isn't moving. I've been super active and maybe not as perfect on food so I'm trying to get a good balance going. It just feels like I should have made more progress by now. I'm sore all over in my muscles from all the work I've been doing and yet not really seeing any progress is kind of discouraging. I may have to start over from scratch with a new plan.

Total Weight Lost: -9.6 lbs
I actually ended up gaining quite a bit of weight over the past couple of weeks. I feel like so much of it is water in my muscles plus my feet ankles, legs and hands are so swelled up from the heat and from moving around so much. I always get so swelled up in the summer and am taking water pills right now. So I'm sure that's all contributing to it.

gained quite a bit of water. Probably because I've been drinking a lot more water and been eating less sodium.

lost a lot of body fat. So at least I know I'm heading in the right direction even if the weight number says I'm gaining.

gained a lot of muscle. not surprising.
So even though the scale says I gained a lot of weight number wise, my other stats all look really good right now.
