Z - Zippety fast - Day 26 of my 26 day challenge

LAST DAY --- DAY 26 of my 26 day challenge). On Monday and Tuesday I plan to take rest and planning days and then on July 1st I plan to re-start my 26 day challenge all over.

My FINAL count for my 3 personal challenges is not great (definitely not perfect) but this gives me a starting point.

(1) no alcohol (15 out of 26 days no alcohol) - 57% success rate

(2) exercise (9 out of 26 days exercising) - 34% success rate

(3) meditation (13 out of 26 days meditating) - 50% success rate

The older I get the faster time flies and these past 26 days have been no exception. I hope that I can harness this time, use it wisely and make deliberate, mindful choices that are good for me and result in positive change.
