Mini lasagna cups

Made mini lasagna cups today for lunch. The only thing different is instead of using lasagna noodles, I used 4 cheese ravioli. I made a meat sauce that has ground beef, onion and garlic in with the tomato sauce. I boiled the ravioli first (took about 5 minutes to cook) and did the layering like you do with lasagna. Sauce, ravioli, sauce, ravioli, sauce and top all of that with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. It is delicious and easy to make. I got the recipe from a high school classmate of mine. I did this in a muffin tin. Perfectly portioned. The 2 that I had was enough with the salad with a Tuscan vinaigrette.
