I haven't been feeling the greatest the past few days so I haven't accomplished a whole lot. However, I've been working on trying to get back on track with everything. I'm trying to strike more of a balance with things so that I can be active but also be tracking and planning my meals and make sure I'm spending enough time on Spark. I also want to accomplish a few other things like meditating and spend a little time writing. So there's a lot of things to do and spreading myself between them all can be difficult sometimes because it's easy to get absorbed in just one thing. Yesterday Fritzy and I got our pantries and freezers stocked up for a while. Right now all I have is sparkling water, milk, and orange juice in the house and no soda so Fritzy isn't liking that too much.
Nutrition: Nutrition seems to be headed towards getting back on the right track. I planned and tracked my meals yesterday and have them tracked for today. I also made banana nut muffins and cooked a whole chicken and made chicken salad. I've been working on cutting back on sugar and sodium and eating more fruits and veggies again.
Fitness: I haven't been quite as active lately. My Fitbit has been dead for a couple of days and I haven't charged it yet. I've also just been really tired and not doing as much. I missed a couple of workouts but I plan on working out today.
Water: I'm going to start trying to track water today. I've been drinking mostly sparkling water so I have to get back to drinking regular water, too.
Cigars: I'm on my last pack of cigars and I've started putting money in the jar again so I'm back on track there.
Meditation: I haven't meditated in a while but I'm going to try to meditate today sometime if I can.
Sleep: Sleep is mostly pretty good. I'm not as tired today as I have been lately.
Motivation: My motivation today is putting everything in motion and getting as much done today as I can. I feel pretty optimistic and enthusiastic today and I want to really start striking a balance with things.
Non-Scale Victory: My nonscale victory lately is planning and tracking my meals again. I had really gotten out of the habit and it was hard to get started again but I finally got going on it again so I'm proud of that.
Writing: I'm kind of on the fence with what I want to do with writing right now. I need some more time to think about it.
Healthy Coping: (I didn't do this yesterday so I'm going to try to do it today) I'm going to do some journaling exercises today to help me with my stress and help me to problem solve the things that are going on in my life right now that are causing me stress.
