Happy Friday!

Amazingly I've remembered that it's Friday even though it feels a little like a Saturday since Mike has been home all day.

Anyway, I slept okay last night. I did wake up at 3:00 and kind of tossed and turned, but eventually dozed off. I ended up getting up around 5:30. Nothing like being up super early without the alarm.

I got up, had my Energize, read my Bible and devotional and did my workout. I had my breakfast then took my shower. I got the dishes washed and the bed made before I headed to town to get groceries.

That was an insane trip. Fareway was ridiculously packed and hardly anybody wearing masks (with the exception of the employees). I had mine on because I've just decided that it is what I should do. I'm going to have to wear one for church on Sundays, so I do need to get used to it. I actually practiced the piano a few nights ago while wearing the mask to see how Sunday will go. Let's just say, it would be nice if I didn't have to wear glasses. I can get everything set so that my glasses don't fog over, but then they start slipping down my nose and kind of take the mask with them and it's not like the mask is super loose. I will make do though. It will be nice to have people in church again!

The rest of the day has been fairly calm. The boys did go mow half of their yards and Mike has been outside, so it was quiet. I started another book - Texas Outlaw by James Patterson. It's book #2 in the Rory Yates series. I'm curious if there will be more... I did pick up my puzzle, but I haven't started sorting the new one yet. I was fighting a headache, so I thought that it wouldn't be a good idea.

1. Nutrition: good on veggies, snacking was okay
2. Fitness: Day 4 - LIIFT 4: Legs LIIFT 50/50
3. Personal: Read my Bible and devotional, started a book and a magazine, phone/computer time was okay.

Tomorrow - Mike and the boys are going to New Market for a tractor pull. I'm staying home and will enjoy the peace and quiet!
