Yep, slow and steady....

Well, slow anyway (lol).

After a maddening plateau, I lost four pounds last week. And this week I gained 1.4 of those pounds back.

But nah, I'm not caving in. I know I played it a little loose last week, though I didn't expect it to net a gain. So pushing on, I wonder what this week will hold?



I'm going to start charting progress weekly:
