I've been resting for a few days so my swelling went down and so did my weight. So here's how I'm doing right now.

Starting Weight: 296.6
Last Week's Weight: 287 lbs
This Week's Weight: 273.8 lbs
This Week's Weight Weight Loss: -13.2 lbs
Weight Loss Goal Per Week: 1 lb
Total Weight Lost: -22.8 lbs
So I seemed to be right about the extra weight being from being swelled up, so I lost all that when I wasn't being so active and rested for a few days.

Starting Body Water: 36.9%
Last Week's Body Water %: 36%
This Week's Body Water %: 35.9%
This Week's Body Water Gained: -0.1%
Body Water Gain Per Week Goal: +0.1%
Total Body Water Gained: %-1%
lost a little bit of body water. Probably because I really haven't been taking my water pills consistently lately.

Starting Body Fat: 48.3%
Last Week's Body Fat %: 49.6%
This Week's Body Fat %: 49.7%
This Week's Body Fat Lost: +0.1%
Body Fat Lost Per Week Goal: -0.1%
Total Body Fat Lost: +1.4%
gained a little body fat. probably because I haven't been exercising lately.

Starting Muscle Mass: 144.6lb
Last Week's Muscle Mass: 136.4 lb
This Week's Muscle Mass: 130
Muscle Mass Gained This Week:-6.4 lbs
Muscle Mass Gained This Week Goal: +0.5 lb
Total Muscle Mass Gained: -14.6 lbs
lost a lot of muscle due to not being active.

So even though I lost muscle at least the bloat is down.
