Have a Seat

Monday I was on fire!!! I hiked in morning and in afternoon, I decided to do ST and more cardio with zumba. Well, I got Adventurous and found a utube that included Hula hoop with zumba. They danced around the hoop on the floor. good.Overzealous me, got into it so much that I forgot to lift my leg when they danced across the middle of the hoop, bam! I flew to my feet!!! All I can think of was, 'Please don't swell up so much, please no. I can not lose my cardo minutes.' I know, me and my minutes, right? I am a bit obsessed.
I screamed for my son to help me up and get me to the couch, you can imagine the rest from there. Well, The next morning, I hobbled a bit, but it was not swollen. It was SORE! Thank you Lord!
I could not
let anyone down, esp. God, so I did core exercises on my rebounder and sat in chair for arm and upper body using gym stick. I felt so accomplished and thankful that I TOOK A SEAT AND WORKED IT OUT! I also wanted to make sure I did not let my teams down for our exercise minutes. HAVE A SEAT THE NEXT TIME YOUR LEGS ARE weak. Your waist will thank you too.
