Tough Day!

Been doing well on SparkPeople but then today happened. Tough day with surgical procedure-lots of pain, no exercise and off routine. But that is life I have to get used to-“off routine”! But isn’t that true for all of us now?
But thank God and an attendant husband with pills, I was able to at least get my routine back by the end of the day. I WILL KEEP SPARKING!!

    Sorry you had to have surgery. Take it easy- best wishes for a problem free full recovery . When you get back at it, I have a new blog with really good chair exercise links you may like to try at first. Some are slow and gentle.
