Better Sleep/Walk This Way Challenge

Hi guys how are you this morning?
I am doing fine. Just been busy as usual.
Noticed I have been having trouble with sleep.
So, I decided to join the Better Sleep Challenge yesterday.
Will start my sleeping journal today.
Write down all the things that they ask.
Like what time did you fall asleep?
What did you eat before you went to bed ect.
Also, I want to get into walking.
I know that I got to start off small and work my way up.
That is why I joined the Walk This Way challenge.
They give you 30 days of how you can walk and be safe.
Should be able to keep up with hubby one day. LOL
