I didn't get to blog yesterday, but I honestly had great intentions. I wanted to type since it's much easier to do on my computer rather than my phone; but forgot! I can brief really quick here for that day and today though.

The day before, yesterday, and today have been great!! I have not bee perfect, but I have reached my step goal of 6000, drank plenty of water, and more or less stayed in my calorie range. I have been working to eat more nutrients (still need to work on this, but progress). I'm very proud of my progress. I didn't drink any pop the first day, drank one yesterday, and drank one today. I'm was getting headaches and I can't drink diet pop because I'm pregnant; but I gave myself a pop a day this week so that's okay.

I'm already feeling better, and know that if I keep this up, in the long run I am going to thank myself. Keep it up girlfriend! You've got this!!!!
