So I got an email from SP this morning with my 1500 fitness minute trophy. That is the first time I've gotten one of those since December 2016. So I looked at the 2000 minute trophy and it's been since March of 2015 since I last got that.
I started doing the math, 493 minutes in 3.5 days is a lot of minutes to get. Part of me decided that it was unreachable. But the other part still kinda hoped that I could do it.
Then came a 1pm "webinar". I decided to walk for 30 minutes while I watched. I ended up walking for about 33 minutes.
Then my Fitbit buzzed that I needed to complete my 250 steps for the 2pm hour. Usually I stop at soon as it buzzes that I met my goal. However, this time, I kept walking. adding another 21 minutes to my day.
I started thinking...IF i continue my morning walks (45-55-ish minutes) AND walk for 10 minutes at 10 til the hour for my normal 8 hours a day...making that 2000 fitness minute goal is actually achievable for the month of July!
So I've decided to give it my very best shot! So if you need me...I'll be walking in place! :)
