100 Days | Phase 2 - Day 88 – Quiet Wednesday

It was another sticky hot day. I pretty much stayed indoors and did things at home that I needed to work on. I ate healthy, using up leftovers from yesterday, and did my strength training workout early. I also took a 45 minute walk early outside but stayed fairly close to home, doing laps on the road. The rest of the afternoon I worked in my home office.
I'm sorry I don't have pictures today. I forgot to charge my iPod before I went out and it ran out of juice.
Tonight I’m pretty tired and really glad I got my workouts done earlier. I’m ready for sleep.

1. Ate healthy.
2. Strength training for 75 minutes.
3. Walked for 45 minutes.
