This month was difficult for me. Between being sidelined with an ankle injury and struggling with my mental health, I didn't do as well as I would have hoped. At first I was bummed that I didn't reach any exercise or weight loss goals but I reframed my thinking. I still had overall improvements and that's nothing to sneeze at. I can only keep getting better.

I've made a conscious effort the past couple months to take my measurements. I've never done it in the past because, well, I didn't want to. It was something I didn't feel like was worth my time. I now realize I could not be more wrong. Despite my various struggles this month, it's nice to see that I still lost over 6 inches! It makes me feel good about my efforts and sets me up mentally for a successful August. Like I said, I can only keep getting better!
