August Focus - Self Care

My focus for August is going to be self-care. After being out of the building and avoiding people since March, I go back to work with a whole new set of protocols in two days (August 4)

To everything, there is a season.

This August I promise:

+to be gentle with myself
+ not to work too hard
+to set boundaries (school is school - home is home)
+not to get overwhelmed
+have my spa days
+go for walks (long or short it doesn't matter)
+take naps
+have a bit of fun
+eat well

Change is hard. I have created a little quarantine routine for myself - I am a creature of routine. So, this is going to be very difficult.

But, on the plus side, I miss my students. I know all the worry and frustration will go away the minute I see them on their first day (August 10).
