"When one's mind is made up, fear is diminished." Rosa Parks said these words when she took her stand. I believe these words has I take a stand for my health. It is easy to get complacent and stop fighting the uphill battle. I see complacency around me every day. I don't want to live that life. I want to be able to run and play with my newest grandson!

Most of the things that I'm working on are very "doable". I want to see my glucose levels lower. 1. I drink 8 glasses of water each day.
2. I get in at least 11K steps a day.
3. I eat a healthy, low carb and low sugar diet.
It take discipline, but I can do it as long as I focus and keep a made-up mind!
