A & I W1 -- July Results, August Goals

I'm finally back on the Aspire & Inspire team monthly challenge. I've been putting it off for too long but this month I just took the plunge and I am back at it.


So, our assignment for this week is to Blog about our results for last month and then do our goals for this month.


July was actually an OK month. Nothing exciting, really, just getting back into the groove of things again after being locked down for 6 weeks. Surprisingly, I 'only' gained 4 lbs. Much better than I thought. Finally got back to work and things are starting to fall back into place again.


So, for this month I've buckled down! I'm already a little over a pound emoticon .
My goals for this month:
1) lose 2 pounds. I'm shooting for all 3 but I'll be good with 2.
2) cardio 3 times a week, 40 minutes each.
~ strength training 4 days a week
3) get back on vegetarian Atkins

So that's my plan!
