Well, At Least I'm Trying

Thursday, August 06, 2020

So....still haven't made any progress on my health and fitness goals. Today was another exhausting day. After we went to the bank and got food, when we got home Fritzy didn't have any batteries so we had to go back to town for batteries for his VR. And then I struggled with my website for an eternity and finally got it all connected to Google and by that time I was so sore and exhausted that I didn't want to do anything but smoke cigars and talk to friends on Facebook. I took some naproxen and that has helped some but I have zero ambition for anything right now. Not in the best mood atm. I submitted a story to a magazine, as well, but other than that nothing is going on. Still, I don't want to go to bed and kind of feel like staying up and Sparking tonight. Might actually do some exercise and try to plan some food for tomorrow, etc., just for a change of pace with things. Sorry my blogs are so short now. Too tired to write anything more.

Your day sounds an awful lot like mine. I spent most of my morning on the phone with our insurance company. Thank goodness the girls were so nice! One joked that she was just glad to be talking to me and not my husband! We sold our motor home to a couple who are 93 and 82 years old. She has dialysis three times a week and he has had a colostomy but they are determined to live life to the fullest! They have become great friends and I think they have inspired me! Let's agree not to beat ourselves up! You are doing so well and I am so proud of you. Hugs, Kat
