It's been quite a while since I've done a weigh-in and I've not been eating particularly healthfully since the last time I did a weigh-in, nor have I been exercising. So of course my stats aren't looking super great right now. But I'm planning on remedying that. So this is a post to just start getting myself back on the right track and establishing a starting point.

Total Weight Lost: -16.4 lbs
Being down 16.4 pounds isn't too bad for where I'm at right now. I'm at a decent starting point and for the most part do stay around the low 80s and have for a while. So I can move forward from here and do have the energy right now to do so.

lost a little bit of body water. Probably because I really haven't been taking my water pills consistently lately.

gained a little body fat. This is to be expected.

Total Muscle Mass Gained: -12.4 lbs
higher on muscle than I was, so at least I'm doing well there.
Overall it's a decent place to start from. Will be moving forward from here.
