Today I’m trying my best to get back on track! I’ve ate everything and I mean everything since my wedding day last Saturday!! So far today it’s been good. I’ve been on Facebook this morning finding support groups to join so I’m trying to be more focused. I’m a little over 4000 steps but I’m at work so it’s slowing me down. Onward and upward to tomorrow!!!!
